GUESTS BORN IN OR AFTER JAN 1st, 1988 MUST HAVE A BOATERS SAFETY CERTIFICATE TO OPERATE THE JET SKI. You Must present your certificate or show your email proof at check in. (No photocopies accepted). CLICK HERE to complete your Boaters Safety Certificate online today. If someone on the Jet Ski is born in 1987 or before, a Boaters Safety Certificate is not needed
GUEST OPERATING THE JET SKI MUST HAVE A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE to sign rental agreement and follow tour guide instructions
ALL MINORS 17 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER MUST have their parent present at the time of check in to complete waivers. Parent must show a Valid Government Issued Photo I.D.
GUEST OPERATING THE JET SKI AND PASSENGER CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF THEY ARE PREGNANT OR POSSESS OR UNDER THE DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
Please note that a safety lanyard (key) is attached to the Jet Ski driver at all times
Two guests are allowed per Jet Ski and cannot exceed a total combined weight of 450 lbs (225 kg)
A brief orientation will be given to all renters before tour departure time
Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the jet skis
AGE REGULATIONS:
GUESTS 4 - 13 YEARS OF AGE MAY ONLY ACCOMPANY AS A PASSENGER to someone who is at least 18 years of age. A parent must be present at check-in to sign waivers. They are not allowed under any circumstance to operate the Jet Ski
GUESTS 14 - 17 YEARS OF AGE MAY OPERATE A JET SKI as long as a passenger accompanies them who is at least 18 years of age and meets above criteria (parent must be present to sign waivers and show a Valid Government Issued Photo I.D.)
GUESTS 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER MAY OPERATE A JET SKI BY THEMSELF. Must Show a Valid Government Issued Photo I.D., Credit Card for security reasons and a Boater Safety License. Florida Law requires anyone born after Jan 1st, 1988 MUST HAVE A BOATER SAFETY CERTIFICATE TO OPERATE THE JET SKI
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time will receive a full refund
Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tour will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE
All cancellations made by the tour operator will receive a full refund
Tours booked within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure time are NON-REFUNDABLE
LATE AND OR NO SHOWS will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE
